VALPARAISO, Chile (transcendmagazine.com) -- Riders have now started to pour into Valparaiso Chile for the annual Urban race here in South America. The course is currently being built and marked and riders will start to walk it today.
In attendance this year will be Steve Smith (Evil) and Cedric Gracia (Commencal) among others.
