SCHLADMING, Austria (transcendmagazine.com) -- 11pm here in Austria and for the last 15 mins or so a massive thunderstorm has been pounding the mountain. Huge lightning strikes on the course we can see from our hotel rooms. Wind is blowing like mad with patio furniture, and pretty much anything else that isn't tied down, blowing all over.
Power in the hotel just dipped as I am trying to finish this. This is World Cup finals, it only makes sense we get world cup finals weather as well.
