MARIBOR, Slovenia (transcendmagazine.com) -- Thing shave shifted into high gear here today in Slovenia. Most teams are now on site and trucks are getting set up.
MS Intense has the craziest setup MTBing has ever seen, with a full stage, stacks of scaffolding, a giant bubble and a bus + Trailer + van to get it everywhere. Their crew is going on 30 hours with no sleep, 17 redbulls and multiple drives to Austria.

Walking starts here in about 2 hours. We will have a video up tonight of the entire downhill course with Greg Minnaar and Steve Peat of Santa Cruz Syndicate discussing the different sections. 4x practice is after walking inspection, at about 5pm.
After that there will be time trials down the alpine slide, thanks to Freelap and Vholdr helmet cams. Duncan Riffle is already up doing practice runs.
Great stuff! Very cool site. Keep a look on Aussie Will Rischbieth going for his first one and let us know.

No wonder it costs so much for an Intense Bike. Man that set-up must cost $$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Where is the syndicate video???? I liked the Julien Camellini preview, he was speaking English as a second language and he was easier to understand and more articulate that the brit/aussie/South African crowd can be sometimes, LOL!!!! Seriously though, take your coverage to the next level and stop telling us about cheap beer, drink as much as you like, but get some friggin interviews and post them. Technology makes it easy if you can just get the racers to talk to you!!!! Some of us live for this stuff and we aren't being paid to be there hanging out. You are, so earn your money!
