Team Tanscend Magazine racers were out in force this weekend at Bromont to kick off a new season of riding and racing.
Junior team members James and Emmanuel were out for their first ride of the season on their new flashy blue 224's. Both were eager to get some much neded riding time to sort out tuning afjustments and to get a feel for how these bikes like to be ridden.
Dave and Lee Trumpore also made the trip up from Vermont to ride their new bikes and to perhaps get a peek at the new World Cup course, well no such luck.... the back side of the mountain was closed and no one was in the mood for an extra long hike to scope out the course.
Well typical opening season weather with cold, wet, windy and muddy conditions putting a damper on the weekend riding and leaving team members a lttle frustrated and hoping for better weather next weekend so they can get some decent practice time in before the first race of the season here in two weeks.
