MONTREAL, Canada (transcendmagazine.com) -- Dorel has finalized the purchase of Canondale bicycles and Sugoi performance apparel. Dorel will now have to distinct sales channels, mass merchant and independant bicycle dealers.
The Cannondale sports group will include Cannondale, GT Bicycles and Sugoi apparel as well as other high end brands. The current Cannondale management team will continue to run the manufacturers day to day operations within this new group umbrella.
