    World Champs - 4x Finals

FORT WILLIAM, Scotland (transcendmagazine.com) -- Brian Lopes came from behind to barely make the finals. Once in, he dominated and took home his fourth world 4x title on the day after his 36th birthday.

Jill Kintner made it 3 in a row and completed the sweep for the USA, also taking home the 4x title here in Scotland.

"The start was key. I just laid it down and gave it all I had." Kintner explained.

Lopes thanked the crowd for coming out and added "here's to a great downhill race on sunday. Let's hope one of our boys, and we all know who i am talking about, can take home the win."

Prokop went down early and was knocked out of contention. Lopes had to come from behind to even make it into the finals, which he did with a fantastic pass in the quarters. Lopes looked more excited to just makre the finals, than he did after the win.

Gracia also went down early and slammed into the face of a jump. He was taken off and may have a broken wrist (again).
