SUGAR MTN, North Carolina (transcendmagazine.com) -- Rich Houseman just check in from NC with the days news.

"DH here is legit. Really technical...rocks, wet, gnarly" he reported. Houseman also told us that the course really dried out today and that it is expected to dry out even more over the next day.

Slalom qualifications went off today on an underwhelming course. Men's results are in, no word yet on the women.
